Biography

Dr. Lazaro Cherem, MD, PA is a Nephrology Specialist with more than 40 years of experience. He undertook his medical training in university-based hospitals, having the best clinical and academic teaching. He is board-certified and recertified in internal medicine and nephrology.

Dr. Cherem dedicates himself to his professional practice passionately and exclusively in nephrology, bringing his vast experience to the treatment of all conditions to discover and identify the problem first to provide the best treatment possible.

Dr. Cherem has been medical director of several HD units throughout his professional life. He was the first ever medical director of the first HD unit built jointly with a native american tribe in Arizona. Dr. Cherem shys away from committee meetings and rather spends his time one on one solving problems with patients and communicates and involves closely with your loved ones and caretakers.
