New Fee Schedule for 2025

Dear valued patient,

We hope this message finds you well. As part of our commitment to providing high-quality care and maintaining a well-functioning practice, we are implementing some new fees. These fees will help cover the costs associated with managing medical records, appointment scheduling, and other essential administrative tasks.

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Amount: $35 prior authorization fee, $25 new patient administrative fee, $10 existing patient administrative fee

Reason for the Fee: Over the past few years, the cost of doing business in healthcare has increased significantly. Our practice continually strives to enhance patient experience and streamline processes. Our practice continually invests in advanced systems to improve patient care. Electronic health records (EHRs), secure communication platforms, and telemedicine tools require ongoing maintenance and updates. Healthcare regulations are complex and ever-changing. Staying compliant with federal and state requirements involves additional administrative work, training, and resources.

How Will This Affect You? Rest assured that we remain dedicated to your well-being. While we understand that any additional cost can be concerning, we believe that maintaining efficient operations ultimately benefits you as a patient. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

When Will You Pay the Fee?  When your appointment is confirmed, you will be offered the opportunity to make payment by phone or other electronic means.  If your appointment is in person, our front desk staff can receive payment at that time using cash or credit card. If your appointment is by phone, the payment will need to be made prior to the telemedicine visit.

Thank you for entrusting us with your healthcare needs. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
